Supreme Court Amicus Brief on the Affordable Care Act's Minimum Coverage Provision

The below Supreme Court amicus brief was filed in support of the Affordable Care Act's minimum coverage provision. The brief argues that the minimum coverage provision "falls squarely within Congress' authority to regulate interstate commerce" and therefore is Constitutional.
