Committee Releases FCC Response to Information Request Regarding Forbearance Process

Chairman Waxman, Chairman Emeritus Dingell, Subcommittee Chairman Boucher and Subcommittee Chairman Markey released the written response of FCC Acting Chairman Copps regarding the impact of the recent withdrawal of two petitions for forbearance. Acting Chairman Copps was responding to a committee inquiry from May 15, 2009.
