H.R. 5625 reinstates and transfers certain hydroelectric licenses and extends the deadline for constructing certain hydroelectric projects.  The Energy and Commerce Committee did not hold any hearings or markups on H.R. 5625.  The bill passed the House of Representatives on June 26, 2012 by voice vote.
